Be Happy Esfiharia is the restaurant responsible for information collected through its website. Contact the team through the Customer service page for access, correction, withdrawal or deletion requests.
Information you provide
The demonstration basket uses a session identifier, selected items, quantities, extras and any note you type. Avoid sensitive information in demo notes. This preview does not ask for card details or a delivery address. If you subscribe, we store your email, the time of consent and the version of the consent statement.
Why we use it
Basket and security data support the website features you request and our legitimate interest in protecting the service. The optional email list relies on your consent for Be Happy launch, menu and offer emails. You can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier use.
Storage and service providers
Website records are stored in the restaurant's Hostinger hosting account. Authorised restaurant administrators can view subscriptions; the authorised SAXTRA technical team may assist with support. We do not sell the list. The hosting provider may keep technical access and security logs under its service arrangements.
How long information stays
The basket is held in a browser session, not as a saved order history. Cookie preferences last up to 90 days. Email-interest records are retained for up to 12 months; expired entries are removed at the next signup or administrator list review. Withdrawing through a valid private link removes the matching subscription immediately. A hashed network identifier limits repeated form submissions and is cleared from that limiter after 24 hours on its next use.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, object to processing or ask for portability. Use the private link shown after signup or contact the team to withdraw email consent. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
